Tom was a police officer in the Metropolitan Police in London for 4.5 years, before making the move into the private sector, where he now manages a Talent team in a fast-growth tech startup in London. Tom has conducted over 5,000 interviews over his 6 year recruitment career so far, reviewing countless CVs and cover letters. Having helped many of his police contacts with advice on what can be a daunting and sometimes difficult move, he started this UK-wide professional service.
